The Indianapolis Community Food Access Coalition is an independent, community-driven body comprised of diverse residents, constituents, business owners, farmers, educators, community organizations, and other stakeholders who share a common goal of improving the Indianapolis food system. Each year we will be requesting CFAC members complete a short survey to ensure we are meeting our benchmarks for each dimension of diversity. We will be using this information to ensure diversity within the coalition, but also to ensure diverse representation within the community to enhance equity. We also have several leadership opportunities that will be opening up in the next several months and would like to hear if you're interested in any of them. The second section of this survey seeks to measure your interest in taking on leadership opportunities in the Indianapolis Food System. Please complete the following 5-minute survey and tell us about yourself and your interest in getting more involved!
